Terms & Conditions - GHL

                                                       GRAHAMS HOLIDAY LETTINGS 

                                                   TERMS & CONDITIONS WILL APPLY 

                                              WE DO NOT SUPPLY ENTERTAINMENT PASSES 

                               £50 DEPOSIT WITHIN 24hrs IS REQUIRED WHICH IS NON REFUNDABLE 

                              £50/£75/£100 DAMAGE/CLEANING BOND REQUIRED 10/14 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL DATE 

 

Grahams Holiday Lettings work on a strictly booking basis only .... Once you arrive at your caravan/lodge and you find any issues with your caravan/lodge you will need to contact the owner directly ( owners contact details will be given to you once all funds for your booking are fully paid ) 

PLEASE NOTE -- Owners arrange there own cleaners and bedding packs ( we at GHL are NOT responsible for this ) 

GUESTS -- NO MORE THEN THE ALLOCATED PERSONS ALLOWED  ( this also includes babies in cots ) 

PETS -- NO PETS ALLOWED ( Unless caravan or lodge clearly states dogs allowed  ) 

SMOKING -- NO SMOKING WITHIN ANY ACCOMMODITIONS  THIS ALSO INCLUDES E-CIGS & VAPOURS 

OVER CROWDING -- WE WILL NOT TOLERATE ANY OVER CROWDING  ( if caught you will be ask to leave )

ALL DAMAGES/BREAKAGES MUST BE REPORTED AND PAID FOR WITHIN 48 hrs  BY YOU THE GUEST ( ALL  owners will have no problem taking any guests to a small claims court to seek payment for any damages or breakages caused by YOU the guest You will also be billed by the courts for any further added costs by them ) 

 

BEDDING HIRE IS AVAILABLE FROM OUR WEBSITE ( please note -- Not all owners supply bedlinen please see caravan/lodge details )

TRAVEL COTS & HIGH CHAIRS CAN ALSO BE HIRED FROM US ( not all caravans/lodges supply these items so please read details )

WiFi is available in some caravans or lodges at a small charge per stay ( please check with the caravan/lodge details you are wishing to book with regards to the WiFi ) 

 

NO FOOD or RUBBISH TO BE LEFT  WHEN YOU LEAVE 

CHECK IN -- 3pm ( if we can get you in any sooner you will be informed on the day  )

CHECK OUT -- NO LATER THEN 10am

TURN HEATING OFF and CLOSE ALL WINDOWS

KEY CODE -- Most owners change key code the day before new guests arrive and therefore this may not be given at the time your arrival details are sent over to you but will be releases to you as soon as we recieve it 

PUT KEYS BACK INTO KEY BOX ( any lost keys you will be charged for ) 

SKY -- This is NOT part of your booking cost and therefore if any problems accur during your stay the owners may not be able to get it sorted ( some owners may supply sky in there caravan or lodge )

WiFi -- Wifi is available  in some accommoditions at a extra cost per stay and password will only be given once funds have cleared ( if loss of wifi accurs during your stay you will be refunded part or all of your cost as we cant be held for any loss of signal via the company who supplies us 

 

WE THE OWNERS & PARK STAFF HAVE THE RIGHT TO ASK YOU AND YOUR PARTY TO LEAVE  AT ANY POINT DURING YOUR STAY WITH NO REFUND GIVING AT ALL SHOULD YOU AND YOUR PARTY BE CAUSING ANY PROBLEMS ON PARK 

WE DO NOT ALLOW STAG or HEN PARTY GROUPS nor DO WE ALLOW ALL GIRLS or ALL BOYS GROUPS ( This is a park rule which all owners must abide by ) ANY GROUPS WILL BE VACATED IMMEDIATELY BY PARK STAFF 

 

PLEASE NOTE -- WE are not responsible for any problems that accur during your stay that is caused via THE PARK 

PLEASE NOTE -- We are not responsible for any closers of facilities around the park due to any work the park is doing throughout the season  

PLEASE NOTE -- WE ARE ALSO not responsible for any problems caused by weather conditions 

PLEASE NOTE -- We advise all guests to take out small insurance to cover you during your stay as We ( owners ) or the park ( MANGEMENT ) WILL not refund monies if problems occur within the park that is not caused by  the owners ( such as -- loss of water,gas,electric, facilities  or due to very bad weather conditions guests are ask to leave park for the saftey of yourselves and staff ) 

 

Entertainment Passes -- These are Not part of your booking cost You will need to buy these upon arrival at the park

We can NOT refund on Entertainment Passes 

 

BOOKING COSTS -- We offer flexible payment plans --

If you decide to pay your holiday off bit by bit then you Must make sure your full cost of paid no later then 4 weeks before arrival

date ..

If you decide just to pay your deposit then the remaining balance in full Then this must be paid in full 6 weeks before your arrival 

date 

 

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS --- 

DEPOSIT -- NON REFUNDABLE but does come off your full booking cost

If you cancel upto 6 weeks prior to your arrival date you will recieve half of what you have paid less your deposit 

If you cancel within 6 weeks of your arrival date NO REFUND is given at all 

If a owner cancels your booking because of personal reasons then a FULL refund will be giving back

 

DEPOSITS -- Deposits are non refundable ( however it does come off your booking cost )

DAMAGE/CLEANING BONDS -- Owners have the right to refund full or part or non back depending how you leave there caravan/lodge .These are paid back to you within 24/48 hrs after checks have been done Your arrival details will NOT be giving untill this bond is in place 

Owners will not hestate to refuse to pay bond back if there caravan/lodge has been left in a mess and requires extra clean before new guests arrive 

PLEASE NOTE -- If your child wets on the matteress PLEASE let the owner know by either ringing send a text or leaving a little note 

 

PLEASE NOTE --- We here at Grahams Holiday Lettings CANNOT be held responsible for any owners should they decide to sell up

or move there caravan/lodge to other area of the park or move on to another park 

PLEASE NOTE -- GHL only deal with bookings,payments and the hire of bedding,travel cots & high chairs ( please check the caravan or lodge details you are wishing to book as  Not all owners supply these items 

Owner themselves take care of the cleaning and supplying there own bedding for your arrival.

Once we have recieved your full booking cost + bonds you will then be given the owners details so you can deal with them directly durning your stay should any problems arise.

IF YOU CANNOT ABIDE BY THESE T/Cs ABOVE THEN PLEASE DO NOT PLACE YOUR BOOKING 

ONCE DEPOSIT HAS BEEN PAID THAT IS YOU THE GUEST AGREEING TO ALL OF THE ABOVE AS YOU MUST TICK THE T/Cs BOX BEFORE BOOKING CAN GO AHEAD
